Every choice you make around a stop is either protecting you or avoiding a feeling. Walk each one. Name it as aversion or acceptance, then notice how you feel about your own answer.
Before you look honestly at your stops, arrive in safety. A stop is a seatbelt. You fasten it before you drive, calm and ahead of time. It is simply how you protect yourself before you move. Buckle in and breathe.
You set the stop before the pressure arrives.
The nervous system learns in rehearsal. Four rounds.
Two passes for each action. First, name the behavior honestly: is it loss aversion, or loss acceptance? Then, sit with your answer and check yourself: are you content with it, or curious? Content means it is working. Curious is an invitation to look closer at how you feel about loss. There is no grade here, only your own honest read.
Where you landed content, trust it. Where you landed curious, that is the work, and it is welcome. Bring it to your journal, or bring it to Wednesday.
You are the anchor.
Everything else is the trade.
