A session for releasing what no longer serves and anchoring what you are ready to claim.
Find a comfortable seat. Both feet on the floor. Close your eyes.
You are going to breathe with the earth — not a technique, just a cycle.
On your inhale, draw the breath down from above. From the sky, through the crown of your head, all the way down into your belly. Fill the midsection completely.
On your exhale, release from the midsection downward. Let it move through your legs, through your feet, and out into the ground beneath you. Empty fully.
On your next inhale, draw up from the ground. Feel it rise through your feet, your legs, back into the belly. Fill again.
You are the midpoint. Sky to ground. Ground to sky.
Continue this cycle for several minutes. When the breath feels settled, let it return to its natural rhythm. Stay with the stillness for a moment before moving on.
Sky down through the crown — fill the midsection
Midsection down through the feet — release into the ground
Ground up through the feet — back into the belly. Repeat.
Eyes still closed. You are going to move attention through the body — not to fix anything, just to notice what is there.
Begin with the left side. The left foot. The ankle, calf, knee. The thigh and hip. The left side of your torso — ribs, shoulder. The arm down to the fingers. The left side of your face — jaw, eye, temple.
Notice. Is there tension? Ease? Warmth? Weight? No need to change anything. Just be curious.
Now shift to the right side. Right foot. Ankle, calf, knee. The thigh and hip. The right side of your torso — ribs, shoulder. The arm, the fingers. The right side of your face — jaw, eye, temple.
Notice whatever is there.
Now bring your awareness back to your center — the midline of your body, your spine, your breath moving through the middle of you.
Take one full breath here. Then gently open your eyes.

This full moon is asking us to let go of what is no longer true — and to name what we are moving toward. Before we can do that as traders, we need to know why we are here at all.
Answer the question below three times, each one going a little deeper. Write whatever comes first. The first answer is just the door.
Read what you just wrote. Take a breath. Now follow it one step further.
Read both answers. Breathe. Now go to the heart of it.
Now distill all three answers into a single sentence. This is your anchor. It is what the next section is built on.
This is the second half of the full moon. We released. Now we claim.
Write a mind movie — four scenes. You are the trader who trades from the why you just found. Not who you are trying to be. Who you already are when you are at your best.
Write in present tense. Make it specific enough that you can feel it. This is not a goal. It is a memory you are writing before it happens.
Read it back to yourself. That trader is not a future version of you. That is you — when you are anchored. Keep that with you this week.
You are the anchor. Everything else is the trade.
