Full Moon Session · Sagittarius
Let Go.
Call It In.

A session for releasing what no longer serves and anchoring what you are ready to claim.

Blue Full Moon · May 31, 2026 · Trade Anchors
This session has four parts. Move through each one fully before continuing to the next. There is nothing to get right. Just notice what arrives.
01
Opening
Breathwork

Find a comfortable seat. Both feet on the floor. Close your eyes.

You are going to breathe with the earth — not a technique, just a cycle.

On your inhale, draw the breath down from above. From the sky, through the crown of your head, all the way down into your belly. Fill the midsection completely.

On your exhale, release from the midsection downward. Let it move through your legs, through your feet, and out into the ground beneath you. Empty fully.

On your next inhale, draw up from the ground. Feel it rise through your feet, your legs, back into the belly. Fill again.

You are the midpoint. Sky to ground. Ground to sky.

Continue this cycle for several minutes. When the breath feels settled, let it return to its natural rhythm. Stay with the stillness for a moment before moving on.

Inhale

Sky down through the crown — fill the midsection

Exhale

Midsection down through the feet — release into the ground

Inhale

Ground up through the feet — back into the belly. Repeat.

02
Settling
Body Scan

Eyes still closed. You are going to move attention through the body — not to fix anything, just to notice what is there.

Begin with the left side. The left foot. The ankle, calf, knee. The thigh and hip. The left side of your torso — ribs, shoulder. The arm down to the fingers. The left side of your face — jaw, eye, temple.

Notice. Is there tension? Ease? Warmth? Weight? No need to change anything. Just be curious.

Now shift to the right side. Right foot. Ankle, calf, knee. The thigh and hip. The right side of your torso — ribs, shoulder. The arm, the fingers. The right side of your face — jaw, eye, temple.

Notice whatever is there.

Now bring your awareness back to your center — the midline of your body, your spine, your breath moving through the middle of you.

Take one full breath here. Then gently open your eyes.

Left Side

Foot · ankle · calf · knee · thigh · hip · torso · shoulder · arm · hand · jaw · eye · temple

Right Side

Foot · ankle · calf · knee · thigh · hip · torso · shoulder · arm · hand · jaw · eye · temple

The Why — Three Layers

This full moon is asking us to let go of what is no longer true — and to name what we are moving toward. Before we can do that as traders, we need to know why we are here at all.

Answer the question below three times, each one going a little deeper. Write whatever comes first. The first answer is just the door.

01 · First Answer
Why do I trade?

Read what you just wrote. Take a breath. Now follow it one step further.

02 · A Little Deeper
What is it about that, that matters to me?

Read both answers. Breathe. Now go to the heart of it.

03 · The Heart of It
And beneath that — what is it I am really moving toward?

Now distill all three answers into a single sentence. This is your anchor. It is what the next section is built on.

The Anchor
In one sentence — why I trade:

The Mind Movie

This is the second half of the full moon. We released. Now we claim.

Write a mind movie — four scenes. You are the trader who trades from the why you just found. Not who you are trying to be. Who you already are when you are at your best.

Write in present tense. Make it specific enough that you can feel it. This is not a goal. It is a memory you are writing before it happens.

Scene 01 · Before the Open
I am at my desk. I know why I am here. What does that feel like?
Scene 02 · The Setup
A setup forms. It is clean. It meets every rule. What do I do?
Scene 03 · Under Pressure
The trade moves against me. How does the trader I described respond?
Scene 04 · End of Day
The session is over. I traded from my why. What do I notice?

Read it back to yourself. That trader is not a future version of you. That is you — when you are anchored. Keep that with you this week.

Release
One thing I am ready to let go of this week:
Claim
One thing I am ready to call in:

You are the anchor. Everything else is the trade.
