Seven points. Seven colors. Seven ways a trade goes outside the plan.
Venus is retrograde until 13 November. Forty one days to review and execute from a more authentic, self actualized space.
Seven energy centers run from root to crown. Each represents an opportunity to take a look at your ERX and On Plan trades.
Movement shifts energy. With intention it may ground and calm the system. Often the body settles faster than the mind.
Start with a forward fold. Let the head hang heavy and feel the weight go down through the feet. Then roll up slowly, one vertebra at a time.
Follow the sequence from toe to head.
All of it works from the chair. Follow along live or move at whatever pace your body asks for.
A lymphatic reset. In this order. Gentle rubbing, small circles or light tapping, about ten times at each point.
Lightly bounce on the feet for thirty to sixty seconds while shaking out the arms.
Go gently. Stop if anything hurts.
Three rounds of breath at each center, even in and even out. The count rises as you climb, one at the root through to seven at the crown.
Then read the mechanism and name your own version of that behavior. The ON PLAN trade is underneath it.
Safety.
ERXThreat produces urgency.Sizing up to close the gap now. Risking what needed to stay where it was.
My ERX behaviorOn planSize set before the open and held through the session.
Digestion. Creativity.
ERXStagnation produces invention.Getting creative outside the plan. Finding a setup that was never there.
My ERX behaviorOn planA session allowed to pass with no trade taken and that counted as a result.
Will.
ERXPowerlessness produces force.Moving the stop to be right. The trade taken to settle a score.
My ERX behaviorOn planThe loss taken at the planned stop and the desk left for a few minutes.
Love.
ERXHurt produces the need to prove.Trading to show you still can. Or freezing because the loss landed on who you are.
My ERX behaviorOn planA red day is a red day. Structured and probable across a lifetime on plan.
Expression.
ERXShame produces silence. The trade that never makes the journal. The day nobody hears about.
My ERX behaviorOn planThe trade written down exactly as it happened and said out loud to one person.
Intuition.
ERXHope overrides seeing.Reading the chart you hoped for. Deciding to enter then finding the reason.
My ERX behaviorOn planThe setup named with a prepared entry and the second trade seen before the first is taken.
Connection.
ERXDisconnection produces drift.Taking trades with no reason behind them beyond the screen being open.
My ERX behaviorOn planThe goal named before the open and the screens off when it was hit.
